We want to talk to the heads of new technology companies. If you can put me in touch with a dot com or new venture CEO who needs rapid low-cost web development; I'll pay 20% of the contract; up to $10,000. You know to refer me when: A new venture / dot com CEO or CTO complains that their web developers cannot develop fast enough; cheap enough; or with enough creativity. If you hear a CEO tell you his next big idea- that's when you bring in midventures.
