Burger is a completely new fast-casual establishment to provide a gourmet burger experience that offers a healthy yet satisfying meal freshly prepared with homemade ingredients and lean meats. Our customers can finally get a fresh and healthy burger without the greasy feeling after.

The Concept

Our concept is unique. No one has done anything like Sweet! Burger, and there doesn’t seem to be anything in the pipelines either. We pride ourselves on our innovative menu design as well as the fact that our target market LOVES burgers, and even more so CRAVES to eat a fresh, healthy, and most importantly tasty burger.
Sweet! Burger accomplishes this by flame grilling each customers entrée to order, with all the finest and fresh ingredients. We also hand roll each burger every day with fresh spices, and a secret blend of herbs & onions to offer America’s first fast-casual “stuffed” burger. We still have one more trick up our sleeves. Sweet! Burger will offer flavored French fries. Customers have the choice of original, seasoned bbq, and seasoned jalapeño which has yet to be on any fast-casual establishment’s menu to date.
All in all, Sweet! Burger will be a new, yet sought after lunch experience for young urban professionals and beyond.


The Market

Our market is enormous. We have found that there are over 153,000 people that fall into our market segments, and 30,000 of which are in our direct target market segment just based on a six block radius in the Chicago Loop alone. Our market has a growth rate of 2.51%, so by year three we will almost 215,000 potential customers including daily pedestrian traffic.

The Sales Strategy

We understand that Sweet! Burger is an entirely new concept; therefore we are prepared to market directly to our target market effectively. It is our guerrilla marketing tactics, that will not only win the curiosity of our market but inspire loyalty and a cult following. We already have relationships in place to implement our marketing campaigns that will be later discussed in this plan. It is also important to note that we have considered our target market in all facets of the business design, and most importantly price and menu layout. Our menu design will act as a sales strategy so to speak, as it encourages upgrades, and ease of use. The price points are in-line with our direct competition.
