You know to refer me when: You meet someone who is about to buy a new home and needs financing, or is looking to get a better rate on their existing mortgage.
Decision maker to refer me to: Homebuyers or Homeowners
Referral fee will be paid out upon closing of mortgage transaction. (i.e. when the mortgage funds are made available to the client.) Payments can be made by PayPal or personal cheque.
